Deposits

• Taya111 does not charge platform fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits will normally appear in your Taya111 balance immediately for e-wallets. Bank transfers may take up to 60 minutes. Always include the exact reference number shown in the cashier when submitting a bank transfer.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallets and ₱500 for bank transfers and card reversals.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment source used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Taya111 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified GCash and Maya accounts during operational hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically clear within 1 hour; PESONet and card reversals may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed against active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement.
• Taya111 reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts significantly exceeding a player's typical deposit history.

Taya111 offers various promotional campaigns including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, sports cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page. In case of conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, the following standard bonus conditions apply to all Taya111 promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Philippine players only. One bonus per household or IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The required multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. Sports bets may contribute differently from casino games, and certain game types may be excluded entirely.

• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial assistance to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• You will not attempt to exploit technical glitches, software errors, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from an obvious error in odds, game outcomes, or credit processing are void and must be returned.
• You will not collude with other players to manipulate outcomes, including in poker or live card game formats.

Upon account closure for a Terms breach, Taya111 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any required verification checks.

You may close your Taya111 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Taya111 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or business practices.
